Mike Hayford
Michael D. Hayford is Chief Executive Officer of NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR). He is leading the enterprise technology provider’s transformation to a software-led, as a Service company.
Mike joined NCR in 2018 and launched the 138-year-old company’s digital transformation, establishing a customer-first culture focused on innovation. He has created a clear vision for the future of NCR, focusing on addressing the fundamentals of running stores, restaurants and self-directed banking. He values transparency, regularly sharing NCR’s strategy, vision and progress with the marketplace, with a focus on creating happy customers and engaged employees that fuel NCR’s success.
Prior to NCR, Mike served in several C-suite financial technology roles. He was Chief Financial Officer and corporate executive vice president of FIS, a Fortune 500 financial technology company, from 2009 until 2013. He served as president and Chief Operating Officer of Metavante Technologies, Inc., where he led a successful merger with FIS, creating the world’s largest financial technology company.
In August 2022, Mike was appointed to the President’s National Infrastructure Advisory Council (NIAC), which advises the White House on how to reduce physical and cyber risks and improve the security and resilience of the nation’s critical infrastructure sectors. He also serves on the Atlanta Police Foundation’s Public Safety First Cabinet, is campaign chair of Georgia Music Accord, sits on the Georgia Tech Advisory Board and is a member of the Woodruff Arts Center Board of Trustees. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business and a bachelor of science in accounting and computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Mike previously served as a director of Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc., an IT services company specializing in web hosting; on the board of West Bend Mutual Insurance Company, where he chaired the Audit Committee; and on the University of Wisconsin-La Cross Foundation.
Tim Oliver
Timothy C. Oliver is NCR’s current senior executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer, and CEO-designee for NCR Atleos.
Tim is responsible for all aspects of NCR’s financial stewardship, compliance, balance sheet management, working with the investor community and partnering with our business units to ensure customer success and profitability.
Tim was chosen by the NCR Board of Directors as CEO-designee for NCR Atleos because of his deep experience in our business, proven leadership through the development of his own teams, and exceptional amount of care for our customers, employees and communities. He will continue to work with NCR leadership and serve in his current roles while simultaneously building out the new leadership team.
A seasoned corporate finance executive, Tim brings three decades of experience and a successful record of integrating advanced technologies, transforming portfolios and managing economic uncertainties. Tim has worked in the manufacturing, technology, and software business sectors and brings deep mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and financial planning and accounting expertise to NCR.
Most recently Tim was the Chief Financial Officer of Springs Window Fashions. Tim was responsible for the company's overall financial strategy and updated operations by realigning the reporting structure, implementing and operationalizing new IT tools as part of a broader ERP project and relaunching lender relations efforts to improve transparency. Tim joined Springs from the Goldstein Group, where he was President and CFO of a private conglomerate comprised of several diverse operating companies and an equity investment portfolio.
Prior, Tim held CFO and other senior-level finance positions with MEMC, Metavante Technologies, Rockwell Automation, and Raytheon. Tim started his career in operational Finance at Allied Signal and was a bond trader at Bear Stearns & Co.
He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Williams College in Williamstown, Mass. and an MBA from the Stern School of Business in New York. Tim is a member of the Board of Trustees for the NCR Foundation. He is also chairman of the board for the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation and serves on the hospital’s Board of Trustees. Tim also serves as Treasurer of the St. Louis AAA Blues.
Len Graves
Leonard (Len) Graves is the Executive Vice President, Global Operations which encompasses Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware Installations and Services Delivery.
Len joined NCR in 2018 as Vice President, Global Manufacturing where he led the team to achieve significant improvements in operational excellence across EHS, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Len also oversaw NCR’s transformation to contract manufacturing. Most recently, Len was Senior Vice President of Services Delivery where he led NCR’s 12000-plus Global Field Services Team to deliver industry leading levels of service to the world’s largest banks, retailers and restaurants. Under Len’s leadership, the Field Services team has leveraged its long-standing reputation as a relationship-based service provider into a competitive advantage with NCR customers of every size and in every industry.
Len has over 30 years of operations experience within Global Manufacturing and Services organizations. Prior to joining NCR, Len was with General Electric for 18 years, where he his career progressed through the Quality, Six Sigma, Operations and Supply Chain organizations of GE’s Aviation and Oil and Gas businesses. Len also held senior operational roles at Panasonic.
Len holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from the University of Glamorgan, Wales, UK and resides in Atlanta with his wife and daughters.
Patty Watson
Patty is the designate Chief Information & Technology Officer of NCR Atleos. She joined NCR in 2022 to lead the Information & Technology team and oversee NCR’s global technology vision and roadmap. Patty also chairs NCR’s Technology Leadership Council. The council’s goal is to invest in NCR’s world-class technology teams to enable 24/7/365 delivery of highly available, secure, market-leading products so NCR can transform, connect and run our customers’ technology platforms.
Before joining NCR, Patty served as the President of Cloud Collaboration at Intrado Corporation for two years, where she led the business through a private equity sale process. She is the former Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Total System Services (TSYS) — a role she held from 2015 until 2019 when Global Payments, Inc. acquired TSYS. Before joining TSYS, she served as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer for The Brink’s Company. Prior, Patty worked with Bank of America for more than 14 years in technology positions of increasing responsibility. She began her career with 10 years of service in the United States Air Force as an Executive Staff Officer, Flight Commander, Program Manager and Director of Operations. She is on the board of directors at Rockwell Automation, where she serves on the technology and compensation committees.
Patty specializes in technology, vendor and risk management, contract negotiation, supply chain direction and business continuity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
Stuart Mackinnon
Stuart Mackinnon is designate Chief Operating Officer of NCR Atleos. Appointed to this role in June 2023, Stuart is responsible for the successful execution of NCR Atleos’ business operations and strategies, as well as overseeing corporate functions, including product development and management, delivery of services to customers and technology.
Prior to his current role, Stuart served as Executive Vice President, ATM Group, NCR Banking, where he was responsible for the strategy and implementation of NCR’s global ATM technology and operations, including ensuring around-the-clock operational status, performance monitoring, cash management, technical and call center support and field operations. He was directly responsible for developing innovative technology solutions with a focus on efficiency and service.
Before joining NCR, Stuart served as Executive Vice President of Technology and Chief Information Officer at Cardtronics. He joined Cardtronics after the company acquired Columbus Data Services, the largest ATM processor in North America, where he held the position of President for five years. He also held senior technology roles at Threshold Financial Technologies and Choice Hotels in Canada.
Diego Navarrete
Diego Navarrete is currently senior vice president, Global Banking, for NCR and is executive vice president, Global Sales-designee for NCR Atleos.
Diego was appointed to his current role in June 2020. He joined NCR in 2016 as banking leader for Europe, expanding his role to vice president for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in 2018. Diego is part of NCR’s Global Banking Leadership Team, and he also serves as a board member of the NCR Foundation.
Diego and his team are responsible for the successful go-to-market execution of NCR’s business strategy: global sales & distribution, customer relationship and operational efficiency, ensuring quality delivery of our solutions to our customers around the world.
Prior to NCR, Diego spent more than 15 years at IBM, holding multiple executive positions. And prior to IBM, Diego held several executive positions, most relevant as CEO of a global cybersecurity company and CEO of a European technology value-added distributor (VAD).
Paul Campbell
Paul J. Campbell is currently vice president of Finance for NCR and Chief Financial Officer-designee for NCR Atleos.
Appointed in 2019, Paul is responsible for supporting NCR’s self-service banking, digital banking, payments and product services in finance. He actively participates in strategic review processes and external reviews as well as drives business improvements. He also supports key acquisitions and integration.
Paul joined NCR in 1989 and has provided more than 30 years of financial leadership and executive business support to the company, including many extensive assignments overseas. He initially performed internal process audits in the United Kingdom, then later served as a controller for the company’s businesses in China and then later in Australia. Additionally, he previously served as the sales finance CFO for the company’s Asia Pacific Sales for many years. In his role today, Paul continues to leverage business intelligence and analytics to drive top and bottom-line results.
Paul is a qualified member of the Charter Institute of Management Accountants.
